You can delete your data and your account at any time. There are two ways:
1. Delete your content inside the app
In the app, open the Me tab, go to Settings and choose “Start over (delete everything)”. This deletes all your journal entries, ritual answers, your profile and your conversations with Enara, both on your device and in the cloud.
2. Have your account deleted completely
If you also want your account itself deleted (your email address and sign in details), write to support@getenara.app with the subject “Delete account”, ideally from the email address you registered with. We delete your account and all related data promptly, within 30 days at the latest, and confirm the deletion to you.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address and sign in details)
- Your journal entries, ritual answers and conversations with Enara
- Your profile (name, date of birth, wish, settings)
- The stored subscription status of your account
What may be kept
We only keep data where the law requires it, for example tax records relating to purchases. Such data is deleted once the statutory periods have passed. The details are in our privacy policy.
